If I Reinstall Or Reformat My Computer, But Forget To Backup My Documents, Then Can I Recover My Data?
If I reinstall/reformat my computer, but forget to save/copy/backup some of my documents, then have I any way to recover my data?

Odds are, no.
Once you reformat, it’s bad enough…but you reinstalled windows, essentially overwriting a portion of the disk. Depending on how big the HDD is, you may be able to recover things using recovery tools, but it is unlikely that many of them will be fully intact.
depends…..u certainly cant recover everything you lost…well atleast I have never seen such a case
anyway using software such as Recover my files (http://www.recovermyfiles.com/) u can recover data even after u have formated your hardisk….I have sucesfully done it…but the more time that has passed since you have formated….the type of formating u did….and how much you have used the hardisk since formating (by use i mean copying data to it and such)….contributes to how much of the date u can recover
connect the hard disk as a slave disk on another computer, and run a small free tool called recuva. It will show if there are any files that are still recoverable
