          It is waste of time to try this product. I had bought it for $30.00 with $30 MIR from frys. I knew if they are selling for free it must not be really good.

Purchased item based on &quot;top 10 reviews&quot; (obviously paid marketing).  Spftware failed to find data on crashed HD.  Online support FAQs resulted in reformatting HD and data not recoverable, and made entire problem worse.  Assistance requested via online support not answered as of 10 days after request.  Request for return of purchace price submitted.  Would not recommend &quot;top 10 review&quot; or Migo software.  NOW, I see that this company is bankcrupt!!

Migo Software are in the process of filing bankruptcy. They are defaulting on payments to vendors (including my company), and are currently illegally using intellectual property on their web site that has not been paid for. I strongly recommend avoiding any products from this crooked Company.

I bought Migo digital backup from Amazon.  I installed it, and proceeded to backup My Documents onto a 320GB external drive, I have a Pentium 4, 3GZ computer with 2GB RAM, running XP PRO.  It worked away on the files, very slowly, and then after about three hours, it stopped, saying the drive I was backing up to was full.  I checked and it had 300GB of space empty.  I went to the Migo website to look for answers and none of the buttons for knowledge base, support, etc. worked.  I finally emailed them, as their phone number only works from 9 to 5 weekdays, (and it is a toll call).  No response so far, So I contacted Amazon requesting a return and refund.  AMAZON IS GREAT, and I have no problem with them, However, MIGO SUCKS, I also tried previously a backup product by Acronis, there even worse, totally screwed up and could not even uninstall the program without a whole lot of trouble.  DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!  I read in a recent review that Windows Vista has a good backup program built in, however, XP&#039;s backup program also sucks.
