Would You Also Stay In A Company If Things Happens Like This?
1. The company was settled in a big city like Amsterdam within of offices and big companies, than they moved into a little boring town and everyone hates the new place. It is just cheaper for renting.
2. I started in August and we had 6 people for support. In November we were 4 and one left without notice. In Credit Controll there were 4 people in August, now there are 2 for EMEA.
3. I was hired for German and English backup, but I get so much French and Italian calls and miss my language.
4. Tech Support and Sales Support were forced to be one team for saving money. The boss knows we will lost quality but he don’t care and told it.
5. Data entry has moved to India and the first customers complaint.
It is clear you have a problem because apparently you are not happy with the new situation(s). So now you have to find a solution.
This can either be attempting to make your working conditions better without changing your work. If this is out of your control (such as, it would require moving offices etc.) then there is no use worrying about this option.
The other option is to make your working conditions better by changing your work.
Now you know that you like using German and English in your job, as well as working in a city centre, as well as having satisfied customers, it will make it easier for you to find a job that does make you happy or at least satisfied.
A company that is downsizing and clearly cutting costs can be one of two things. A problem or an opportunity.
A problem if they are doing this because they are experiencing financial difficulty or an opportunity because someone who sticks with them will have less competition when looking for a raise or upgrade.
Life is short though and there are plenty of jobs out there for someone multi-lingual. And remember, you spent most of your life at work so if you are not happy and can’t get happier there, you need to move ASAP.
I hope this helps!
if you don’t like it leave totally up to you, does not look or sound like fun, i would be off
Depends on the package and the future prospects
