Click [Start] then [Run] and erase any items that are in the box. Then copy/paste the following
ntbackup
Now press [Ok] and it should launch the NT-Backup utility. There’s an onscreen GUI / tutorial so it should be pretty self explanatory.
The link below has a tutorial for XP’s backup utility which is essentially the same.
