Has Anyone Used Mozy Online Back Up Service?

After 2 ehd failed within a day of each other with ALL of my photographs and 90% of my digital scrapbook kits…I am looking for another way to back up (still hoping the Best Buy Geek Squad can retrieve my data).
Has anyone used the MOZY online backup service? Do you like it? Any pros or cons to it? Helpful hints on how to use it?
I’m curious if anyone has had to retrieve their data from MOZY…how do you do it…how much did you retrieve and how long did it take?
If the Geek Squad is able to retrieve my data I have about 500GB of data to upload…any idea how long that will take? From things I have seen posted…it appears it might take 3 MONTHS to upload using a cable connection 24/7…could this be right????!!!

Can Anyone Suggest A Good Online Data Storage Service? Not For Back-up, But For Daily Use To Access…?

Can anyone suggest a good online data storage service? Not for back-up, but for daily use to access and share files and data? We have been using Xythos.com, which works OK, and performs as if it’s a share drive in the office (you can drag and drop files in a Windows Explorer-type interface.) But it is hugely expensive. I tried some “backup” services (Carbonite, etc.) but they are too complicated for daily ongoing access to files. Any suggestions???
