I Have A Customer Looking For A Backup Solution For His Business…. I Need A Little Direction.?

My customer needs a backup solution for his business. He says he uses a “grandfather, father, son” configuration.
He does a daily backup, a weekly backup(5 day weeks), and a monthly backup which he keeps for three months.
For the daily backup, he would like to have 2 hard drives so he can swap them daily.
He is looking to store about 30GB of data at the max. He currently uses a tape drive backup system. Any Suggestions? Should he change over to a hard drive solution, or just keep the tape solution he currently uses? He says his tape solution is “acting up” on him, so he is thinking of switching.
