How Do I Get Around The Password To Backup Files On My Computer?
I am trying to set up regular backup on my computer and it asks for a password and will not backup until I enter it! I don’t have a password for my computer and never had one. When I installed files, I did not make a password as I am the only user. IF no one knows how to get around this, do you know where to go for help on this? There is no phone number or cust. service # that I know of.

On Dell Data Safe, Where Can I Change My Password? Because, I Can’t Find Account Information?
I am trying to change my password on Dell Data Safe Online and I don’t know how to do that. When I log in, all I see is the home screen (Last successful backup, and how much space I have left. I can not find anything that says change your password or Account informantion!! HELP ME!!
