How Does One Backup Their Files On The Computer?
My computer keeps shutting down and when I follow instructions on the error report, it doesnt help. Now, I suspect there is serious problem with my pc and wanted to backup important files. I did and saw a backup icon instead of files in the drive I used. When I click, it takes me back to the Restore or Backup Wizzard as if I want to start backing up files again. Never used it before but I expect to see the files in folders that I stored not starting the process over again. Can somebody help me?
